30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear or hygiene-sensitive items

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged / Wrong Item

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, email us at support@wear-hub.com within 48 hours of delivery with pictures, and we will immediately fix it.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
